2020 has been a rocky year but we can end it with a beautiful way to start 2021 by leading it, hitting our goals and making the money. Don’t jump into 2021 without a guide for yourself, else you’ll just go with the flow it brings, which isn’t a good idea. I’m sure you don’t want to hit rock bottom before getting started, which is why you need a vision board.
A vision board is a tool used to help clarify, concentrate and maintain focus on what truly matters to you. It is any sort of board on which you display images that represent whatever you want to be, do or have in your life.

What’s the point of making a vision board?

The best way to achieve your goals is to keep them top of mind, so you’re always looking for ways to move yourself closer to them – and a vision board is the perfect tool to help you do that cus you get to see it everyday and it prompts you to visualize and achieve your goals on a regular basis.
Also as humans, we tend to be a very busy species, constantly bombarded by distractions. Creating and using a vision board helps with coordination and to curb the distractions to a barest minimum.
It serves several purposes, some of which include helping you to:
  • Identify your vision and give it clarity.
  • Reinforce your daily affirmations.
  • Keep your attention on your intentions.
  • Serve as a guide to knowing what you need to get done

How Then Do I Create a Vision Board?

That’s easy peasy
  1. Create a list of goals you’d like to achieve in the next year
  2. Find pictures that represent your goals and inspire you
  3. Make a collage out of your photos
  4. Add affirmation words that represent how you want to FEEL
  5. Take a few moments to contemplate your vision board every day

How to use your Vision Board

  • Look at your vision board often and get the inspiration you need from it.
  • Read your daily affirmations and inspirational words aloud.
  • See yourself living in that manner.
  • Feel yourself in the future you have designed.
  • Believe it is already yours.
  • Be grateful for the good that is already present in your life.
  • Acknowledge the goals you have already achieved.
  • Acknowledge the changes you have seen and felt.
  • Look at it just before going to bed and first thing when you get up.

A vision board might just be the most important thing you do for yourself this year in preparation for next year and beyond!
